What have I been reading lately, What I believe around twitter and why blogging is the best.
I have been discovering a lot of great new blogs of late. I am not sure about all the twitter bustle. I still savour blogs and have over 1000 in my feed reader.
The thing about blogs is that you can find hidden treasures, and they are from people that really like to can write.
Sure you can find some swanky individuals on twitter. But, seriously, twitter is for people with add or who dont like to write proper posts. Yes, lots of people twitter and also blog, and those souls are groovy by me, but I am invariably and forever a blog devotee.
Blogs force the author to in reality articluate their notion. Twitter alternatively merely permits you to say it. Call me old fashioned but I reckon there is a point where smaller is no longer nicer. We have been obsessed with miniturization for so long. Peculiarly when it comes to technology. Certainly there has to be a point where we recognise substance counts. Value matters. What do you believe?
Possibly the realistic answer dwells in equilibrium. And compromise. You cannot squeeze individuals to have marrow and not be superficial. But, too possibly you need to drive the navel gazing hippies to lighten up a touch too?
